US Domestic
- Shipping within the continental US is always $6.00. Shipping is done via USPS or UPS ground. Shipping for Alaska and Hawaii is $8.00.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and return shipping fee is paid by the
buyer.
Japan
- All products are shipped out from the U.S.A.
- Products to Japan are shipped via USPS or other delivery services. The shipping fee varies depending on package weight. Please refer to the table below. For packages over 26 pounds, please contact us for further details. There’s a limit of 6 products of the same kind, therefore, for quantities above 6, shipment is done in batches of 6., not affecting the shipping fee. Returns
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return Magnus products purchased directly from Magnus Enterprises inc., if not completely satisfied with their purchase.
Magnus will refund the purchase price of the product within the first 60 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
The purchase was made directly from Magnus Enterprises Inc. by a retail customer, Member, or Distributor. Any item purchased from a Distributor’s inventory are not covered under this Policy; customers should see their Distributor for their own return policy.
- The product is in its original condition and is not damaged.
- The customer notifies Magnus Enterprises Inc. of their intention to return the product within 30 days of purchase, along with a stated reason, provides original invoice and receives a Product Return Authorization number for the return.
- The product and all enclosed literature are in the original box.
- The product is returned at the customer’s expense via a trackable carrier with proof of return to the following address: 22301 S Western ave suite 104, Torrance, CA 90501
- Upon receipt of the product by Magnus, the return is credited to customer’s credit card or a check is issued if original payment was by cashier’s check or personal check.
