KERO GREEN

The vegetable in the photo is a pesticide-free variety called “Kerokko,” which was created by crossbreeding two highly nutritive super vegetables:  kale and broccoli.

It is a new vegetable that consists of edible flower buds and young leaves, but it is not yet available in general markets in Japan.

Kale is known as a superfood due to its high nutritional value, but its bitterness makes it difficult to eat. On the other hand, broccoli is rich in beta-carotene and vitamin C and has gained even more attention after being featured on TV as a vegetable that boosts immunity. “Kerokko” was developed to combine the best qualities of these two vegetables.

“Kerokko” is rich in nutrients such as beta-carotene, vitamin C, folic acid, and water-soluble dietary fiber.

To commemorate the 46th anniversary of Magnus’ founding, we created a delicious green juice called Kero Green which is made from  low-temperature dried “Kerokko,” combined with Jerusalem artichoke and lactic acid bacteria, for further nutrition and to  support an already healthy digestive system and metabolism.

Kero Green has a very fresh and smooth taste that can be enjoyed even by the very young.  Please enjoy it with the whole family!
